ok, so lately, pretty often I may add 2 days the site is working, than for one day it isn't. tried a couple of different laptops in different locations and could not open the page.

anybody else suffered the same trauma?

yeah. i thought of that as well, until i tried logging in from another IP and than another one...

The site is working. It must be the provider.

try to use OpenDNS (www.opendns.com) instead of Etisalat/Du automatic assigned DNS server IPs.

I have been getiing some problems similar to what you describe.

Yup as the heading says, keep getting logged out, have deleted all the cookies, pancakes and waffles and cache still have this prob. Usually its bearable but when you type your our heart out and press submit, login screen appears..and once you log in AGAIN you post is gone !

Well, after nearly three days of not being able to log on....I must correct my earlier statement.

What in the H@ll is going on here!?

I changed passwords and still I was unable to log on. Just about now, I can go back to my addiction.

you are right.....the website is sometime up and down...

this is simply happening because of the DNS Servers of Du and Etisalat.
Sometimes they are over pressured and do not respond in a timely fashion giving you an "error".

If you use vpn (connecting you to another dns server) you will find the site up and running. This is an easy test to check whats going on.

PS: Du's 1 MB connection is 3 times faster then Etisalats 1 MB connection. New building being built in Barsha are using Fiber Optic Cables.

I still wasn't able to log on early this am.

Again unable to logon over most of last week.

There was a glitch effort to login, but soon after...I was ditched again

Up and running ....

I'm still having problems sometimes morning sometimes evenings, I can't find out what the cause is.

"Du" here. Forum wasn't accessible for 2 days.

Everything else works though...
