Does It Help Being A Property Owner Job Hunting?

Does it help being a property owner job hunting? Apr 01, 2009
Hi I bought an apartment in dubai about five years ago now - does that make any difference when job hunting - should I mention it? I thought it might help b/c as a property owner you can claim (I believe) residency - but - not employment rights.

Any thoughts - thanks for all comments as usual.

In Rcession job hunt becomes easy if u have property in Dubai this what I believe

There is no residency visa associated with property ownership in Dubai. The government is considering a multi-entry visa for property owners, which is pointless for those with passports of similar rights.
