hi sheikh here is a piece of advice for you.when you are starting a new bussines you must have a sound plan (the cost,customer reach,marketing etcetc,)but most important is you must know what you want to achieve by setting up your own bussines.(unfortunatly many people fail in new bussines ´cause they do not have a game plan).now real estate investment is always a ggod investment however returns are gonna be very slow and you do not want to get in to the real estate when the prices are at their top. if you are looking to do an investment after the real estate boom it is always good get in to the catering or real entertainment bussiness.(why not open a nite club or take a franchising of famous club in europe which i am sure they will be happily give you the know how of the clubbing industry with no charge at all ie.Pacha-amnesia-space)because there was a boom in the real estate industry surely most of the people arriving would be foreigners and they will be morethan happy to go and spend their money other than a bar in the hotel)well only problem in this is you have to be able to get license also it is always quite a big investment.if you wanna have more info let me know?

I am a project management consultant and have the expertise to identify and set up business for investotrs. I have already identified two different business opportunities and am looking for investors.

The first one is a manufacturing venture to be located in China. The proposed product (a soft drink) is not available in China but there similar products are available in the market. I had conducted a micro-level preliminary study which revealed good acceptability in Beijing. I have also discussed with some local businessmen who showed interest. My problem is that I need to stay there for a few months and work on the business plan for which local costs are to be studied. This product requires raw material to be exported from India. The initial investment is about USd4- 4.50 Million and this investment will give a business of USD20 Million at full capacity. The estimated profit is about USD2.00 at full capacity. The plant and equipment to be installed can process other similar products as well.

The second proposal is to export Iron Ore Fines to China. This is a trading activitry where Iron Ore Fines are sourced from India (or other countries) and exported to China which is a huge buyer of Iron Ore Fines. Minimum monthly business will be in the order of 3- 4 million USD per month and should give you a profit of about USD 100,000. If funds are available in, the business volume can be easily increased. I have the necessary relationships in China for both these businesses. It is possible to include steel scrap business in this as well.

People are very tired-hungry; they don’t care about quality-service –staff. They want only something to eat or to drink very quickly, so they pay and they are in hurry.

also you have to know market budget. in Dubai %90 of the small business closing down. like café-restaurant-shops. Why ? They don’t follow this business plan. eg. someone from India comes to Dubai to open shop(chicken curry) they don’t know about the market or business plan. Also he doesn’t know about how many other chicken curry are around him, after months they don’t make enough money, so there is the risk. They don’t fix the risk , because they don’t know how to fix it? and when? so end up with losing money and a lot of stress.
Every day business gets opened and next month closing down,

Never forget.

Good business is never for sale. bad business are all time for sale,
making money is very hard, losing money is very easy.

For other young business like IT computers. First years of business were very good and successful. But in coming years get very slow. Why? to many people in market and business. Computer updates and software development make it very easy and cheap. The only chance in this market is being good in new software , doing something that other people can’t. here small eg of myself.

Me as a computer 3d graphic animator. Before to become to this point, I did a lot of hard jobs. Hospitality (hotels-restaurant),but this kind of work or business are only to survive, I did , because of supporting my study, my Goal as 3D Animation. 3D This business is very good, and it is very hard to use also very expensive to learn. So not so many people are in the market that they know in this business. Especially in Dubai, The success is %99. why? Every computer company, graphic design-TV commercial- film vfx. Medicine research. They are using this kind of program. These kinds of program are only used in Hollywood. I’m talking about 3d Maya-Apple shake-real flow-massive-renderman, So if you are good in this business or programs. You make a lot of money and also a lot of fun, For 3D animator a lots of big companies asking to work for them. So the 3d animators they are not looking for job, the job is looking for them. The point is, Do the great job, something that connected with your talent and your hobby’s.

90% of people, they do the job, because of money. Not because they like the job. That is the biggest stress in your life. You don’t like the job, but you have to do it, because of money to support yourself and your family. But the time is running, what about the liking of job? No, so that is mean, you are doing the job, but you don’t like the job. Eg- a lots of people are working in the buildings, most of them are graduate of university or high schools. Because they can not find the job, they have to accepted. So that is real stress for this person.
You get older, and older, but you never reach the goal.
