I hear it is not possible for a foreigner to buy property in Thailand. Can you please send some rules and do they also give resident permit etc.

just got back from Phuket, Thailand. Lotsa of resorts sprouting out around the island as well as private apartments with private pools and seaviews.

i guess you should plan a visit down just to see what's available and under construction. there's also the possibility of buying a yacht which you can take out to sea if you're located near a marina.
