For you information: I might have some improvements to incorporate, but my CV is the same standard as Singaporean and France INSEAD MBA CV format!! How the hell can that Indian fellow say that!?

Anyway, I asked him: how's the job market...in the UAE.
We have very good contacts and the engineering sector is good Sir. In other words, I be up and running in 2 seconds if I believe him for his words....for $198....

I also wonder how he is gonna 'make up' my CV without needing any of my personal competencies by saying: If you agree, we will rewrite it and get back to you when its ready....

I guess this is something I never thought about before, how these guy can charge an arm and a leg to write a professional CV in English for people around the world! What a racket!

^^^ this is Dubai and the private sector recruitment is very petty. If the recruitment consultents ask for some dough in lieu of formatting your CV- then so be it. The HR mangers here especially the Indians thrive on their inflated egos. They will discard your CV for no rhyme or reason, just cuz they don't like the look. Trust me dude I'm in the job hunt too, and I've been speaking to HR managers, some are realy ridicolous. Get your CV formatted to Dubai standards and your chances will improve dramatically.
I sometimes wonder how these people become HR managers in the first place.
