She's utterly in love with an Asian chick. A hidden dream of BiBi

Am I close?

This is an excerpt from another post where I was having an exchange (there is no such thing as debate) with CRudeboy. (She really gets into a hissy when confused.)

Keep you hands on the desk please...........

.....[reference to kadora] seeing as how many of those wearing them seem to have a disgusting habit of constantly having to either pinch, scratch or pull on themselves. Then you have the Indians who do the same thing but I suppose they are checking to see if every LITTLE thing is there. That is something you don't see in the US because it is considered rude and unacceptable.

This is one topic that goes on and on. I have at least seen a few mixed race couples in Abu Dhabi. Dubai has its stereo types, but you still see odd ones. That's a diff thing that the world stares them down.

This I heard from by friend at BBC. The boss lost his girl to an Indian guy and then came up with a story that subcontinent guys are less endowed. The word did spread that this particular person was using the pump for you know what.

I guess the mystery of which race is endowed and not will go on and on. Guess it has nothing to do with race, but individual.

it isn't ... yes it does start in the mind, but does end some where else. Its all inter linked, unless the tantic bit is getting you carried away too far or Arnie and Sharon Stone r inspiring you with Total Recall style fun.

As Robbie said, the force is all about push or pull, whether gravity or anything else. (PS: I can already see Robbie jumping on the opportunity to get technical. calm down son. :))

 one truth is we ASEAN's are family oriented, thus White chicks from West, EU's are all for work, money, they dump their old people to old age home and forget them, they dont have respect to their elders. I believe we ASEAN's are far more etiqutted than them. Coz we have what we call famili ties not like the West, EU's their only full of racism and pride because they think their supperior. As the quote say's "Bato Bato sa langit tamaan wag magagalit, dahil and pikon ay galit" Translated to english, stones that fells in the heaven, who ever gets hit, dont be angry because it only shows your guilty....hehehe  please dont compare us with the ASIANS from India, Pakistans etc. they are ASIAN not ASEAN's

This is actually true these days. We Western asses really love to put away our parents in a comfortable elderly care facilities or whatever that is called. But I must say, they love it there. So I'm part of it too.

It gives us more time to do the things in life, we really want. But I agree it is all up to the individual in the way he/she handles this issue. Life is very short don't you think? Better to let the care over to the professionals.
That in return creates jobs and doesn't withold me of visiting my parents (divorced) every once and so often in the future.

Thats whats modern life is about these days. Taking care of your own stuff. Sounds low valued perhaps, but it is relaxed if you see in it perspective. We lived long enough with our parents right? I surely did. Ohhh the horror

It's a problem now that people live so long. You can still be responsible for your parents even when you are in your fifites and sixties (seventies???)! Many older people now anyway want their own freedom and are happy to live alone. Whether it's good or bad, the split up of the cross generation family unit can be started from both side of the age gap.

well i gues that wraps it up, everything has its own pros and cons, neither side will win... we only need to respect each others notions and belief, and what ever we are acustomed to or whether culture we belong to. The thing is we cannot really blame any one or anybody why we are on both ends of the rope so called LIFE...

Modern Escapism...nice definition I should really use more often.

But seriously, if your mother at age 80 needed a diaper, a slab against drewling and arsenal in equipment just to get the day going, wouldn't you rather have a professional taking care for that>? I think so.

Unless you want to get me mentally depressed at age 55. By that time I have my own issues probably. Glad I have 27 years to go for that time....

....WHAT!! That short.........ahhhhhhhh THE HORROR

Portland, do you have what is called hospices in your country? Well when my mother was dying I did put her in a hospice where she was given the best care possible in the last days of her life. It also made it easier to be with her at that time. There are hospices all over the US to help with the dying process and the family.

Another great thing they have in the US are retired adult living communities. These communities keep these retired adults active and "young". They have alot in common and understand each other.

And for your information, in the US many families take in their aging parents and care for them.

@ Bora

Yup there are plenty of Hospices in my country, but then again filipino people prefer to have their parents with them even when they grow old and die, that's how strong the FAMILY TIE is...And mostly old age Hospices in the country they mostly put there abandoned old people who are found in the streets living.
