I want to give consultation and training in yoga and vasthu and dowsing .How to go about this where to advertise and is there any requirement for a licence ?

Yes, I believe that you'll need a professional's license. If you're interested in Dubai, try contacting Media City, I heard that they are able to give such licenses, and you basically become sponsored by them.
