hi to everybody
i need a room in dubai
with bathroom and private access
(areas like deira, bur dubai, al qussais, al nadha)
from the 14 of march till the 6 of april,
any chance to find something cheaper than an hotel ?

i have kinda the same question- i need a place to stay for 3 weeks, from march 18th til april 7.can you tell me how much it will cost and is it even possible a single girl to find a room in for such a short term? the only option i have now is a hostel for 110dh per night, which i dont like very much but i dont have a lot to chose from...

hi, at least i found a site that offers rooms with all facilities
(private bathrooms, internet connection, etc) in bur dubaj, deira,
sheik zayed road...the rent also for one week...the cost is around 200dh
per day...may be i will use that...but i have not contacted them yet

its absolutely the cheepest place i have found in dubai- i still havent been there, hope it is ok

I am newbie and happy to be here as its a great forum

Anyway, I am looking for a 1 bedroom apartment in Deira, near Clock Tower/Port Saeed/Al Rigga. It has to be furnished and spacious, built in wardrobes, TV, fully equipped kitchen, balcony (I would like to install a satellite dish) parking, clean and nice. No need for the internet as I have mine. I am looking to move in asap, my budget is up to 6.000AED/month.

I am 29, female from Europe, professional.

I have a place to offer u in bur dubai which is a big room with all the facilties and is available for a short term as well and ofcourse cheaper than hotel rates. Let me know ur name n no. to reach you.

may be only one week or ten days at least...
if you can rent for such a short period woulb be ok,
but internet connection is a must

Just found this helpful forum while looking online for a place for the two of us (me - American, him - Indian) to live during May and June, 2009. We are coming to Dubai as part of our educational charity work in India for kids with disabilities so are on a tight budget. We don't know the various areas all that well but would like to be some place nice (of course) where we can feel "at home" during our stay. If you have, or know of someplace that, ideally, has:

a bedroom, bath, kitchen or cooker/fridge
is furnished
has a pool
and parking
and doesn't cost the earth (!)

...please PM. Our budget can stretch to about 4500/mo max

We are good tenants and excited to be coming to Dubai. (Well, I am...he's been before and says it's super!))

P.S. If whoever we rent from accepts small, adorable, sweet dachshunds (2) I'll bring our pups with us. If not, we can work with that as well.
