I would think of Burj Al Arab. Or u could be more specific; Best in what aspects?

I hear good things about York Hotel

Not strictly Dubai, but my fave hotel Is Hatta fort hotel.

I really do keep hearing good things! Never needed a room yet though.

I think Al Rayan Hotel is the best place to stay as it has lots of luxuries to select from many,i found this on yellowpages dot ae
