We have a furnished villa in the Springs available to rent out to holiday makers, it is close to many tourist attractions in New Dubai, ranging from the Burj Al Arab, the Madinat Jumeirah, to Mall of the Emirates with indoor ski slope,among many others, making it perfectly situated and a more cost effective option to staying in a hotel.
The villa is fully furnished with an established garden, located directly on a community park with a swimming pool, basketball court, BBQ pit and play area. A few steps away is a large picturesque lake ideal for evening strolls, and only a few minutes away is the Town Centre (with a coffeeshop and various stores) and the Montgomerie Golf Course. It has four bedrooms (sleeping a maximum of eight persons) which makes it ideal for holiday makers needing more space than what a hotel room would offer. A baby cot can be provided if necessary and there are are 24hour data terminals for internet connectivity through the house.
This is a very viable alternative for group travellers, corporate visitors and families new to Dubai seeking temporary accomodation, before deciding where they would like to move to permanently.
