Anyone out there know how much it would cost for a one bedroom in lake towers.... i have a friend moving over with jlt in mind.
Any help would be great thanks

my friend recently rented a one bedroom paid in 2 cheques and paid 75k.
that was in the 30th floor as well.

he is an ordinary customer and not linked with anyone special or something.
this i would condsider as the current market price. tendency down actually.

well, my brother got a one bedroom there and paid only 63000 but one cheques.
i didn't move there coz i kept my brother flat
its so nice place but to whom working in Shk Zaid road or in that area.

My wife and I will be in Dubai for a month, from May 21st till June 20th. (Second honeymoon and business).

We would like to rent a furnished studio or one debroom apartment near the beach and close to transportation.

Could you give us your advise on the location and prices as well.?
Is the Dubai Marina a good choice?

We have a budget of US$1500/1700 for the month rental.

We search internet and find some apartments for 5000/6000 AED in Dubai Marina area but I think is a scam. They offered us a 2 bedroom apartment fully furnished at the Horizon Tower, but as I understand all the apartments in this building has 4 bedrooms. It doesn´t look serious.

Any help or contact will be very appreciated!!

basically i would say, that 6000 AED monthly for a furnished 1 bedroom is ok, but if you say in that tower are only 4 br available then i can agree with you. it doesnt sound serious at all.
maybe somebody can confirm that that tower only has 4 BR apps???

be careful who you are dealing with. i might advise you to go for a property agent, they can also help. i can recommend arabian dreams in dubai.

but that would mean the rent for a 4 br app is 72.000 / year. how is that possible.

As I said, is a scam! I just got a mail from a lady that says she is the owner of one of this 2 bedroom apartments (that do not exist) saying that she lives now in London and would like to rent tha Apt, to me. for that price and so on...
Of course they want a deposit!!

Jumeirah lake tower is the most affordable area compare to Dubai Marina. First on terms of quality leaving, Jumeirah lake tower will more safer, pratical in term of traffic and ease by the metro side station.
The view of the lake and the Dubai marina view is much more appreciate from the lake.

It will be an area who will more quoted at the end of the development.
