I want to make a complaint at Ministry of Labour, anyone knows how? Can I do it online or I have to attend at MOL?

Go yourself, take all your papers and substantiating documents with you if you intend making some kind of case/ complaint.
Arrive early 7 - 7.30 am. It is useful to take someone with you who can speak and read Arabic.

It may also be helpful to take on a lawyer, cause you'll be prosecuted for life for going against the state.
