I red a lot about cost of living and i still cant make opinion.Will 3000dhm be enough without renting a flat enough for living(food,car rent or taxi and other things)?

When car rental is cheapest at DH1300 a month (as I have heard) plus petrol (that of course is at the max. price of DH6.75 a gallon
