I am based in the UK and am looking to Move to the Middle east

I currently Work in the service sector with a private company providing Services and analyst services to the NHS in England for PACS.

I am looking to set up a business providing/maintaining PACS within the Middle east.

I am qualified in the medical imaging equipment but my specialism is a quality service and ensuring minimum impact on the users ability to provide a high quality of service to its cusotmers. Its Patient.s

Can anyone let me know what the market is like, and if anybody can help me in setting this up?
