"Ras Al Khaimah has plans to capitalise on the attractive climate and spectacular scenery of Jebel Jais by building a mountain resort and ski slope on top of the mountains. "

It snowed again for the first time since 2004, and already they want to build a ski resort. Now that's what I call optimism and forward-thinking. They'll be prepared for 2014. Or the next Ice Age.
