I currently live in Australia and I am looking for a role in Dubai/Middle East. I have 12 years of IT experience and current work for Hewlett Packard (lead teahnical/pre sales role) and previous to this role worked for Citrix Systems (Enterprise Systems Engineer).

I am not to sure where to start looking and who to contact, is it best to just starting hitting the employment agencies?

It's best to contact EMPLOYMENT AGENCIES in Dubai/Middle East.

Just remember, NEVER pay them to find a job for you. Quite a few scam agencies out there.

Also I'd recommend finding contacts through LinkedIn who are here. Sometimes, as you may know, HR are useless in recruiting but the techs need someone and can pass a resume on with a recommendation.
