What kind of things do you want to buy? You can order stuff from all over the globe - within reason. Not so much in Dubai itself.

there are only a few onlines sites, and those are mentioned above.

and if you are coming from US, dont expect to find any kind of deals on shopping here in uae.

the tax free label is just for marketing, the middle agent(franchisee) takes a huge profit share.
