Production and supervision of all 250 crew rosters. Management of several bases across Ireland and
UK. Providing precise solutions to demanding deadlines.
Preparation and issue of rosters complying with company flight time limitations. Planning and
co-coordinating of all simulator training events for flight deck crew. Ensuring that all recurrent training
events have been rostered and checked prior to roster publication. Booking of all flights and hotac required for training / operational requirements for flight crew. Supervision of 6 crew controllers /
planners with responsibility for staff training / appraisals / dismissal procedures.
Close relationship with Flight operations administration to assist in dealing with non JAR
licensed pilots, acquiring validations, work permits and visas.
Ensuring high level of service with other airline customers and suppliers and building relationships
with charter base clients.

Oct 1998 - Oct 2000 TransAer Int Airlines Ireland Senior Operations / Crew Controller

As a controller to one of the busiest charter / wet lease airlines in Europe. I gained a wide range of business skills and worked in many capacities as required. I set up and co-ordinates the planning and
movements of 20 Air Bus aircraft, 6 being wide bodied. Jeppesen flight planning across the world
including restricted airspace, flight control and crisis management. Control and co-ordination of over
800 crew across the globe. Looking after wet lease contracts such as Air Algeria / Libyan Arab Airlines,
Virgin Express, Cubana and many more.

Duty supervision of check-in boarding and arrivals.

I have tried filling out the forms for Emirtes / Ehihad but have heard nothing yet.
