Israel cannot defeats Hamas because there will be another Hamas sooner or late who will fight for their freedom and lands back.
What I find appalling is that USA has been blocking every UN resolution to stop the overt massacre and violation of Palestinians human right and international law. Instead, US applauds what Israel is doing to a very starving, helpless, powerless and imprisoned people who have been looking for the international community for justice. But what illusionary they were, because they don’t know that the majority of the people who live in the West have been brainwashed by their one-sided media and governments that, Palestinians are terrorists, they are the evil and Israel is just only defending itself from these evil people.
So how do you expect these people who live in the West to react to what’s happening or has been to the Palestinians, when they came to believe that Palestinians are terrorists who want nothing but trouble. To the contrary, they are more likely to sympathize with the Israeli governments. I’ve asked so many people if they knew what’s the real cause to the Palestine and Israel conflict, 99 % have no idea rather than, there are terrorists group in Palestine which Israel is fighting. Don’t blame these ordinary people folks, they are good people whom I guarantee you would stand up against Israel’s injustice if they knew the truth to the conflict.
Hamas is not the Israeli target. The target is the same target it has been for 60 years. Ordinary Palestinian people who have first suffered the indignity of having their land stolen from them, then endured 60 years of appalling conditions within Palestine or exile outside it. Sixty years of physical and psychological violence and oppression.
Israel has no interest in a negotiated peace. Peace means withdrawal, it means relinquishing territory, whereas Israel is still bent on expansion. That is what the continued stealing of West Bank land and the expanding of settlements are all about, together with the demolition of Palestinian homes, the security wall, the stifling of the Palestinian economy by over 600 checkpoints and countless other cruel vexations.
Israel has never liked Palestinian moderates, for the simple reason that concessions might have to be made to them. To avoid being drawn into negotiations, it has always preferred Palestinian radicals - and when they were not there it has done everything it could to create them. "How can you negotiate with someone who wants to kill you?" is a familiar Israeli refrain.
