Great i didn't know that by eating hamburgers you can have heart attack.

Ohhhh myyyy.... I love burgers but this is just too much...

Nah it doesn't! ANything can make you fat if you eat enough of it! Everything in moderation now.

I agree with you. I think you can have heart attack by overeating & high fat diet. To avoid heart attack eat healthy diet , do yoga regularly & be happy always .
AVOID DRINKING & SMOKING :D

She, on the left, actually has eaten to much of those Heart Attack burgers probably.

Just look at her cheek, its has the same size nipple as seen on her breast.

everybody seems to see the burgers... but I'm still trying to look for it on the picture... and only one particular area of it seems to attract my attention......

Assuming the waitresses are Westerners (from the head gear), it's easy to see what I have been saying all along here. Somebody already mentioned how she didn't wear an important item of clothing.

I just could not imagine eating one of those. They have about 3 times my daily allowance for everything. lol
