Think about ways where you will not be in the position where you are doing the same work as many does. Like me, my designation is Interior designer but I am working on Production and a Cad Support on my department. And don't let them see you doing nothing.

I saw one clip in youtube where you can be lazy as you can without noticing by your boss instead he sees you as a workaholic one but that's bad.
