THAT IS THE PROBLEM! Nakheel is not repairing it because it is under warranty. I have to wait untill the supplier repairs it against warranty. And they are not doing it for ONE MONTH!

You got a big problem then. it is a known case. i heard you may try to call certain Lam Bros (or Lambro - sorry, dont know exactly) on his mobile tel 050 651 79 64, they say he is in charge of all the warranty cases for swimmong pools on the palm. Good luck!

Call German Star Multiservices it is a Maintenance company under German Managment, they are offering quality services
I never had a problem with them
