It is still open but you won't want to go there now. A bunch of pikeys and didicoys in white frocks have moved in and turned it into a festering hole. They have built full-on rickety shacks from barasti, complete with generators, open sewer toilets, satellite dishes, fluorescent lights, blaring music and revving quad bikes.

Is this the same place where they used to "throw their shoe" over something as minor as lighting a bbq fire or having a dog on the beach (not chasing those flamingos of course)?
