I mean this constructively. I hope you are not annoyed. I have fixed up your message a little bit. I don't mean to criticise you because I only speak English so I don't know what it is like learning another language. All the best.
Hi,
I am Sunil from India. I have completed my post graduate in mass communication and journalism. I am skilled in producing web content, creative writing, copy writing, public relations and event management. I have a good command of English and have excellent communication skills. If you know of a position suited to my skills I would appreciate your help in finding a job.

It is considered bad practice to use "..." in professional writing and people look badly on not using capitals at the start of a sentence. Also, abbreviations like "plz" are not professional. Always use the full word in matters relating to employment.
Also, if you have finished your post-graduate then it might be wise to say what your undergraduate was. For example, "I have a graduate diploma in engineering with a post graduate in telecommunications."
