Probably there is a "VIRUS" on this file

"c:\Program\MyWebSearch\bar\1.bin\NPMYWEBS.DLL"

Should I delete this file automatically? or I need to make a back-up first. Because my anti virus says I need to back the file first before deleting it.

If you have previous experienced on this please let me know. I dont know how to solve this case.

The .dll file you mentioned is one of mywebsearch files. You can delete it but my suggestion would be if you haven't deleted mywebsearch, delete it.

Its not a virus so you don't need to worry.

If you have deleted MyWebSearch but the .dll file is still around, reboot your machine, press F8, go into Safe mode and delete it from there.

Make sure you run HiJackThis

What antivirus software do you have?
You don't need to backup that file, it is the virus itself.

Next time try to scan and get the virus name the search in google kaspersky virus removal tools download accordingly and start to work on it to remove the virus.
