Miss Lolly, when you post on forums you will always get some unwanted, if humourous, replies.

If you are feeling lonely and unhappy then only you can change that. Spend time with friends or go and do something you enjoy. If you like horses go and ride, if you like solitude go to the desert, if you want friendship join a club or sports team and if you like drinking get drunk. But sat infront of your computer posting here won't change anything.

But it does sound like you need to get out and have some fun! Dubai has plenty of diversions, just pick the one you want to do most. Step outside your comfort zone for a bit and it may re-align your priorities in life.
