I am not really "into" them, but I would love to get my hands on a real one. Not the small chinese variety with styrofoam bodies, however they would be good for a beginner like me.

yeh i have got a 4 channel dual blade rc from china which i m practising on. got a rc car and a plane as well. have u been to the airfield in dubai?

I'm into the RC powerboats.
Choppers seem a bit expensive, especially when you crash them regularly. :lol:

hmmm rc is the most expensive hobby :D.

i have got rc cars, rc buggys, rc helis rc airplane but no powerboats :(.

i might go for one. If i break one i move onto the next on and so on :D

Yeah its not cheap!

I have Raptor Deep-V powerboat. About 140cm long with 26cc Zenoah G260PUM engine. Goes about 60 km/h but some friends have boats with the same configuration that reach 90 km/h at top speed on the water with the right setup and tuning of the engine.

Only diffifulty in Dubai would be the salty water. Doesn't go nicely with aluminium cooling heads. But can be done.

I hope I find a job in Dubai soon, than I'm able to make some progress with my boats. I need a new career !!! :lol:
