You get given the NOC when you request it from your company, usually the PRO will organise it for you if you ask.
It just says that the company has no objections to you obtaining your driving license, then it is signed and stamped by the company. Getting one from someone else wont mean sh*t, because it's not yours.

guyz i know everything, but i need just the matter of NOC for driving licence because my PRo is very very busy, i dont know where!!!!!!!!!!!! so i dont waste my time and finish it myself and signed from CEO.
