How Is Software Development Field In Dubai?

How diffcult is it for an experienced software developer to find a job in dubai. Especially in Microsoft notnet technologies.

Possibly quite difficult. The IT industry is almost exclusively run by alumni from Bangalore and there is very little actual software development going on here. It is normally bought in from abroad as completed programming and then applied and maintained here by technicians from Asia.

But seriously, there is some software dev work going on in Abu Dhabi cos I'm doing it.

I dont say the IT industry is worse here....
what you actually get paid here is no way comparable to the US..
the salary for the programmers is quite low here.Period.
