The location is great, in a quite and peaceful area in walking distance to shopping malls, the new bus station of Alytus and all the facilities needed. Regarding real estate a study done by the local municipality estimated a need for 230.000 sqm of multistory buildings, and 540.000 sqm of low rise buildings within the next 10 - 12 years. Buying the 6,3 hectare land plot is phase 1, and investors involved here will be offered the next phases before the opportunity will be launched on the open market.
