I am planning to rent an apartment in International City but wanted some information about Dragon Mart i.e. do they have a food court there?

Not yet. There is a small Chinese restaurant, which serves quite good food, a couple of little supermarkets selling this and that. They are building a whole new food area at the moment and there is a hypermarket opening at the tail end sometime in January/February (for that read May/June) next year.

There are some little stores and a couple of restaurants in International City itself. The community is growing and the services are e little slow in catching up.
