Sorry for the maybe stupid question,but Im moving to Dubai at the end of the next week,and which is obvious Im trying to imagine how it is over there.For example Im wondering if I can buy a flaxssed in Dubai? I will be really greatful for the answer to my question!

Yes Flaxseed is available at all the health stores in malls, etc

There are capsules I still yet have to find liquid and it MUST be refrigerated to have any effect else the nutrients get destroyed.

Desert Surfer,you are 100% right! Id like to find a flaxoil. Its one of the best oil. Where I live now,there is no problem with that and I just drink it. But because Im moving to Dubai Im worried that it will be hard to find it over there

Yeah Organic Foods & Cafe is good. If you would like to have something that is not in the shop, I'm sure Nils or Jens would be able to find it for you as long as it's organic!

i got it but prob is it aint refirgerated. A nutrition shop in festival city has it.
