Hi

I've been offered a job in DMC at the equivalent of £35,000.

What sort of standard of living would that give me over there, assuming I would want to rent a 2 bedroom flat in a decent (subjective I know) area of the city close to DMC?

Thanks, you're right, the expat help section gave me some good advice. Reading between the lines, and having visited this forum this time last year, it does appear that Dubai's cost of living is rising quite quickly.

Have you been offered any benefits besides that?
I have been offered about 30,000 AED per month in DMC without any benefits, and i'm confused because a 2x2 apartment/villa is way too expensive there but positive about this is NO TAX. Also I need to find out that how much a family health insurance cost there? perhaps I should create a new topic for this.
