I have a cousin in Dubai , she is having a relation with an arab guy , thinking of marriadge , she is cristian and there is no way is converting to islam , is marriedge possible in these conditions?

A muslim male can marry a non muslim female. A muslim female cannot marry a non-muslim male - marriage in dubai.

My Muslim uncle married a Christian woman and she didn't convert. The marriage was legal. I think it depends on where you live, things being legal or illegal.
