So, women in Dubai...are there really 4 men for every woman here in Dubai?

From my observations (random sample selection, brief calculation of men/female ratio, adjustment for -/+, and then weighted averaging of popular watering holes vs normal bars....)

Wow. There are a lot of men here...which is bad for me because I am a guy. Worse. I'm kind of a pushy guy.

So, I did manage to 'hook' one the other night (a woman that is) and I think I may have miscalculated my 'probability factor' with her (ie, her attractiveness to my probability of making sweet, gentle love to her while Frank Sinatra plays in the background)...hmm, she's Middle Eastern...I guess that means she doesn't like Frank Sinatra.

Question: I thus deduce that even moderately attractive women here can dictate their own rules? I also deduce women here don't like Frank Sinatra. Is this correct. Mon Dieu! I've never been in such a market before. Does this mean I will have to rely on my own good looks and charm!

If that is the case, I fear I may be in trouble. Do the women on this forum have any suggestions for your "standard" young, single, able bodied, well paid (but slightly pushy) man in terms of finding a chick in this town?! Do women really not like Frank Sinatra here?
