Hello Friends,

Can any one tell me that I have a employment visa from Dubai can i travel my country (India) on that visa or waiting for residence visa and also tell me how long it will take time in conversion. please reply as soon as possible.

I presuppose that you entered the country on entry permit along to an employment visa under process.
Well, time of conversion depends, how fast your employer is processing it.
You should already have had your medical and after that it is not a big issue, if your employer starts the follow up including all required fees and deposits.
