Need a 1bdrm apartment/studio/villa near to Dubailand.Looking at AED35,000 - AED 40,000/year.Furnised/semi.Will be there in September !st week.Thanks.

1 bed apartment in dubai is minimum 100000~120000 dhs /year rent
so now first u should right which part u looking for?

Well the cheapest place is still International City or getting a room in a villa.

But yeah you won't really get anything in your price range.

Best thing is look around when you get here. Look on www.dubizzle.com villa and apartment shares are always being advertised on there.

Dude, we've pretty much told you what the options are, now you need to go look. Get a hotel room for a week when you arrive and look around. Infact your company should actually provide you with accomodation for 30 days to enable you to find a place.

Thank you.The thing is that the company only will help to put me in the hotel with corporate rate.And I will have to pay for it :cry:

.It will cost me AED270/d wth bfast.Not everybody have "The Previlage". :roll:
