I truly believe it (u know what I mean) was planned as sales of arms were decreasing that time and some top ppl in administration and CIA wanted to get a way to generate money making machine which they beautifully planned. If you have seen movies like Bourne Series and recently released movies like "Syriana" you will get the idea that there are so many things in the world the regular "news" doesnt show. I have a fav saying of mine "Media is like a paint over an object which most ppl see and only a few ppl know the real color of the object". Yes, even in democratic nation only handful of ppl rule and decide the fate of millions.
