I Want To Start A Landscape Company In Dubai - Any Tips?

I live in Texas, USA and am interested in starting a landscape company in Dubai. Anyone have any advise? Tips?

what would you like to know?
the first issue is that in order to trade in the uae (and any gcc state) you have to have a local business partner, that is a local uae national.
