HI guys,

I have been lurking here on your forums for a while, ever since returning from my first (and definitely not last) trip to Dubai.

But now I am registered and hoping to reap the benefits of your combined knowledge and advice.

Basically I am an Australian, living in Finland. My wife and I currently own 2 companies and we are beginning a 3rd soon.

After experiencing the sheer dynamics of Dubai and witnessing the tremendous growth there, I began formulating the idea that Dubai would be a perfect location for my new business concept. This concept is also going to be implemented elsewhere around the world, in similar environments as Dubai exhibits. That means we are targeting the tourist and business tourism hubs around the world.

My concept involves some unique elements as well as combining with current 'known' developed technology. The way I will be combining them is the key to the idea.

Obviously a forum is not the place to openly discuss the details of something such as this, so I will not attempt to do that. My current 'need' for want of a better word, is to link up with possible investors in Dubai that would be interested in talking seriously about a potential future partnership.

In short, I am looking for financial investors to partner me and my already established team of experts, in the development of an entertainment facility that will be truly dynamic and unique to Dubai. What we have in mind would be perfectly suited to DubaiLand for example.

Anyway, if any of you can offer assistance in linking me up with a reliable contact that would be greatly appreciated.

HI,

It involves Corporate communication/language training plus leadership and team building. Plus entertainment for non corporate 'walk-in' customer.

There is a sports and fitness element involved as well and we would be able to cater to a very wide demographic, i.e. from young to adult.

I am not going into specifics on a forum though. I can say that after making one phone call to Dubai, I already have negotiations open with a possible collaborator.

But my options are open.

Basically I am looking for financial partners interested in doing something that has not been done in this way before. So elements of this are going to be ground breaking.
