Hi all,

I am looking for a new job in dubai and i need some advice in this regard.I received few interview calls which was somthing like an initial interview over telephone.I often asked few questions and it seems my answers didn't satisfied the interviewer coz after that i didn't contacted again.I want to know how to answer these question in order to satisfy the interviewer and to fix a place for myself in the new company.

Q 1. Tell me about yourself?
Q 2. Why are you leaving your current Job?
Q 3. Your expected Salary

Plz if anyone can help me in this matter and also if provide me some interview tips as well.

1. Try and highlight relevant job skills and achievements that make you stand out from other applicants.
2. To look for new challenges (never say anything negative like you got bored, fired, want more money).
3. Commensurate with your skills, experience, value to the company. Try to avoid giving a number. Usually the first one to blink gets the short end of the stick.
