Hi,
New to this forum.
I have an offer of work, project manager (construction)
Have package offered at 30k per month + car/expenses + flights and health insurance.
Good enough for relocating 3 of us-wife and child?
I would have to pay for my houseing out of this.
Is this a good offer? what is the going rate?
Could i live nice on this as i would be leaving a very nice lifstye and would be expecting same or better.
Any help info would be much appreciated.

Sorry should have said, schooling not an issue, only a baby.have 5 years b4 i need to wrory about school

Obviously it's all relative depending on how well you're doing in the uk, but:

Housing's gonna cost you about 150000AED per year (12500 per month) for a decent 2 bed in Marina or JBR. So you're left with 17500 to pay the bills and have fun. Car's taken care of, and I guess with a young kid you won't be living it up too much.

Should be able to save at least 1000 gbp per month and live a good lifestyle.

Salary a bit low though, entry level western PM for someone like Emaar or Nakheel would be looking at 35K per month. depends on your experience and company though.

Think i will be able to get the offer incresed to 35k, but still leaves me thinking is it worth it.
