After being in Calgary for 1988 Winter Games, I have paid my dues. It was a good time for a teenager and the energy is great when it is your hometown.
I cashed in and got the hell outta Vancouver before the onslaught this time though. Sadly, it is a big cash grab, and the beer lines really ARE too long.
