As my darling husband pointed out as I was looking at fascinators and flowers... I need the hat for shade more than a fashion piece!!!

I wanted to wear a hat, but couldn't find a decent one this year - so it will have to be a fascinator.

I always go for a fascinator as hats just don't suit me. This year I shall be in monochrome. Bubbly all round!

I was wondering if any of you fine ladies can help me out!! Unfortunately in the so called Dubai fashion is mostly wih women rather than men which is why we men always check out females!! hehe!! Leaving aside that. I have been trying to get a Top Hat like for ages. If anyone can tell me a store or someone can get one and all. I even heard there are certain measurements for hats. Whats the deal with that!!

prints, chifon seem to be the best choice .. ..
I might go for 60s boho-chic look with big hat, heavy eyeliner and short printed dress...

As you said Oasis Fashions in Wafi is great, not bad prices and they can make hats/fascinators to match your outfit.
