I know that you can go thru Duabi to Oman without any problems (I've also done the visit visa run) anyways... my question is, can you go from Oman to Yemen on a visit visa?


I'm planning on doing a road trip type of thing... any ideas?

You didn't mention your nationality but most "western" nationalities need a visa to Yemen, which you can get from the consulate in Dubai.

Yes you need to get a new visa to get into the UAE again if you don't have a residency.
