looking for a 1 bedroom in dubai marina for 120k

I will be arriving in Dubai on April 5 and am looking for a 1 bedroom for a 1 year lease starting April 15 in Dubai Marina. I do not like the JBRs, but like towers like Al Murjan, Al Mesk, Marina Terraces etc. My budget is around 120k, plus I am willing to pay an additional 5% agents fee and an additional 5% security deposit.
