Once again this one is regarding the ban. i've been working for almost 20 months with the current employer and am an engineer by profession. My contract is of 'unlimited' nature. Do i require an NOC from my current employer to join a new company?
if my current employer isnt ready to give NOC, wil ministry of labour wil impose ban? If yes, is it possible to lift the ban by any other means?
i heard that 6 months ban cant be avoided in anycase if NOC isnt there irrespective of my period of service. true?
