Hi
Do landlords usally have a problem allowing pets when renting out a villa/townhouse or would you able to negotiate? I have 2 chiuauas and can't leave them behind.Anyone know of complexes that allow small pets?

With villas you don't normally have a problem.
We never bothered to ask our landlord about pets and they've never said anything.
I apartment buildings though, they normally have signs up saying that pets are not allowed unless you get written permission rom the landlord before hand.
