No but I suffer from these quit alot. You have to get to know the triggers for migranes and try and avoid them. They're evil, evil things, sometimes mine last for days and there's nothing to do, but go to bed in a dark room with a cold flannel and ear plugs.

they more than just evil, horrible torture..
At first i knew what triggered it, it was the weather. I used to get it before the approach of winter.
Every Sept or August i used to get one attack. Now im getting one every month.

Ouch! That's not good. Keep a food diary and see if anything your eating triggers it, anything new you've added. I find red wine, too much chocolate and mature cheese can do it for me.

Is there a particular time in the month when you're very stressed out? Sometimes this can cause tension in the neck area, or cause teeth grinding whicn can caue the migraines.

Sounds very much stress related to me. Try taking some time to chill out, do some meditation, get a monthly massage to relax everything.

I think I get mine when I get flashed with a bright light.

There is nothing I can do about it but meditate, or at least try to.

Oh god, I hate migraine. It never stops until 48 hours, dark room is my constant companion plus pain relievers or mefenamic, so I can't skip work.

Avoid food like chocolates, nuts, oil, cheese and try taking a 75mg aspirin dissolved in water every morning after your breakfast.

Consult your doc just in case you have a stomach ulcer etc or are not advised to take aspirins

There is also a tablet called Migraliev (sp) which is available in the UK... gives quick relief but may cause liver damage if consumed too often

Migraine trigger factors:

1) Stress esp mentality
2) Sharp light incl sun light
3) Noise
4) Smell, smoke is esp bad
5) Food, sudden sharp taste in particular sour & hot stuff
6) Hunger
7) Low blood pressure
8) Spouse ..

Sorry, last one was a joke.

Cure - uninterrupted sleep.

I've had a headache for the last three days, sitting right behind my eyes, nothing is touching it - I hate that!
