About time. But you only lose 12 points for killing someone?

Another money making venture by the government.

You get 24 black points for driving without a number plate and only 12 black points for killing someone!?!

The fines seemed to be pretty hefty and exactly what will be considered reckless driving?

Eh it's still way too lenient. I mean ooooh their license will be suspended for 3 months...how scary!

You honestly think that this will result in any marked improvement in driving conditions? The "f***wits" are the ones with the money and can afford to pay the fines and take the courses they need to keep their licenses from being suspended.

yes i do - half these f***wits are taxi drivers with no regard to any road rules

the other half are lebanese with a small minority of locals that may get away with it.
the local police and RTA wont have any mercy on the lebs - they hate them with a passion as it is.

The main problems are caused by young locals. This is a step in the right direction, but ti's not enough. taxi drivers simply suck at driving anyway, donno if this will make them any better.

- driving against traffic is 4 points .. .
- sudden swerve - wow thats at least 1000 dhs per month from my pocket, when I am suddenly swerving to avoid other sudden swervers .. ..

am guilty only once - was completely subconcious... i dont know how i made it out either - but i did somehow.
